Return & Refund Policy

At 4EVER, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Be in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Items returned that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@4everclothing713.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review your claim and work to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have entered production or fulfillment. Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment partner, Tapstitch, it can no longer be canceled.
